"Fragment(s)" is a work about individuality and uniqueness. The piece confronts the conflicting attitudes of society at large and the individual. At times the influence of the group creates a chaotic environment for the singular entities, but in the end symbiosis between the two can be achieved.

Musically, the piece is built on experience and remembrance. At each arrival point, a ripple is created in which the entire work up until that point is heard in reverse, often several times over. This process reaches its greatest extent at the climax of the piece where entire sections from the past flash by in mere fractions of a second.
